Grenda Transit Management operates in excess of three hundred and fifty buses and coaches in Melbourne's rapidly expanding southeast.

Volgren Australia is now Australia's largest Bus and Coach Body manufacturer. It has exported 1000 kits and completed buses to Asia, and its latest development, a 3-axle double deck city bus, operates in Hong Kong and Singapore.

Australian Transit Enterprises (ATE) is the result of a strategic alliance between Grenda and the Hornibrook Group. Its creation fostered a hybrid vigour that strengthens Grenda Transit Management. ATE currently operates 35 percent of the buses in Perth, and 15 percent of the buses in Adelaide.
